All the hair we offer is 100% natural and contains no impurities. It can be curled, straightened, and dyed (we recommend darkening by up to 2 shades and not lightening it!). You should keep in mind that any thermal or chemical treatment negatively affects the hair and damages its structure, reducing the time you can use it. Every curling, straightening, dyeing, etc. also shortens the lifespan of your own hair.

The required quantity and length are individual for each client. In most cases, 100 grams of hair is enough for one extension at 55–65 cm, while for longer lengths at least 150 grams are needed. If you want to achieve more volume, 150–200 grams may be required. The length you need also depends on the effect you want to achieve. The best option is to measure exactly where the lengths we offer will reach on you.

55 cm hair usually reaches the middle of the back, 65 cm reaches the waist, and 70 cm reaches the hips or even lower. The exact result depends on your height and hair texture. To choose the right length, measure your hair with a soft measuring tape from the highest point of the crown down to the ends, following the natural fall of the hair. If your hair is curly or wavy, it is recommended to also measure it when straightened, as curls can make the length look shorter.

The hair is standardly offered in wefts. Upon the client’s request, we can prepare any hair into rows with clips. This service is charged additionally. For more information, you can contact us.

Every order arrives with an option for inspection and testing before payment. In addition, if you have not used the hair, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt, and the amount will be refunded to you via bank transfer. For orders that include cutting and sewing the hair into rows with clips, returns are only accepted during inspection in front of the courier.

Delivery of hair ordered from the HAIRCARE.BG online store takes one business day for orders placed by 6:00 PM. If the client requests the hair to be prepared in rows with clips, the delivery time is 1–3 business days.
