PRIVACY NOTICE

1. Terms Used

In this document, we use the concepts as defined by the applicable legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria.

Natural Person Who Can Be Identified

Controller

Natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law.

Electronic Document

Any content stored in electronic form, in particular text or sound, visual or audio-visual recording.

Sensitive Personal Data

Personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin; political opinions; religious or philosophical beliefs; trade union membership; genetic data; biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person; data concerning health; data concerning sex life and sexual orientation.

Employees

Workers and employees under an employment relationship, as well as lawyers and other persons acting under the direction and control of the Company, regardless of the nature of the specific legal relationship.

● Right to withdraw my consent for the collection, processing, and use of personal data going forward at any time;

Please note that we may request proof of identity and reserve the right to charge a fee, for example, if your request is clearly unfounded or excessive. We will strive to respond to your request within the applicable deadlines – up to 1 calendar month from receiving the request, with the possibility of an extension of another two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In case of an extension, we will notify you and provide the reasons for the extension.
